TASTINGBeautiful ruby-red with violet reflexes; an intense bouquet of black berries and peppery spice with a toasty undertone. Ample and round on the palate, lively and powerful. Firm, young tannins.
GASTRONOMYExcellent company for meats whether braised or from the grill, also for semi-hard cheeses.
