Cold maceration of 4 days prior to fermentation. Cuvaison followed by pressing at 0º Oe. Partially aged in barriques.

TASTING
Elegant bouquet of raspberries and black cherries laced with pepper; full and round on the palate. A robust wine with a solid structure of subtly fused tannins-a good match for hearty meats and strong, soft cheeses.
