WINEMAKINGMaceration during 10 days. The skins are left in the juice during 20 days fermentation. Second fermentation and twelve months storage in wooden barrel, 30% new wood. Bottling without filtration.

TASTINGIntense and complex nose. Characteristic authenticity. Round note. Freewheeling, with hints of vanilla. Soft on the palate, with light tannin taste. Great harmony between acidity and tannin
