WINEMAKINGMaceration during 10 days. The skins are left in the juice during 20 days fermentation. Second fermentation and twelve months storage in wooden barrel, 50% new wood. Bottling with light filtration.
ACIDITY5.5 gr / litre
ALCOHOL12.8 % vol.
TASTINGVery intense and complex nose. Notes of small fruits, vanilla, leather and spice. In the mouth the wine is fresh and crisp. Very harmonious, with a good balance between acidity and tannins.
GASTRONOMYThis wine goes well with red meat, game, duck, and cheese.
