These require environmentally sustainable viticulture, limited yield and rigorous standards of vinification designed to preserve the character of the varietal and the terroir. The quality and authenticity of the grands crus of Vétroz are guaranteed by annual inspection of both vineyards and wines by a specially appointed commission.
